Exercise session

When you have a lung condition, it is important to be as active as you can and to exercise safely. Before starting any form of exercise speak to your doctor, nurse or health care professional and make sure that the organisers know about your condition.

Tameside and Glossop Walking Football Partnership delivers a programme of Walking Football sessions across Tameside and Glossop aimed at getting older men moving.
